THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.1994 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has not complied the orders of this Court dated 06.09.2016 in W.P.No.29691 of 2016.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that the second respondent has complied with the orders of this Court dated 06.09.2016 in W.P.No.29691 of 2016. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
