Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. Since the office placed the status report showing that E.P was subsequently dismissed on 19.10.2016 for non-payment of batta, the present revision filed by the Judgement debtor would not survive and, therefore, revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed. No order as to costs.
