The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) places on record the written instructions dated 26.07.2013 which reads as follows: " It is submitted that earlier on 7.1.2012 the petitioner had lodged a complaint with this respondent Police Station, stating that, the 5th respondent had interfered in her land to an extent of Ac.4.40 cents, situated at Marripaka Village, Jaggampet Mandal, East Godavari District and threatened with dire consequences. After enquiry it was revealed that, there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent herein with regard to the said land, hence this respondent had suggested the petitioner-complainant and 5th respondent to approach the Tahsildar, Jaggampeta Mandal for redressal." In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
