ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer; "to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly in nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS or other appropriate order thereby directing Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to demolish the unauthorized illegal construction and without any permission being carried out by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in premises No.20-3-293 situated in common place at western side of premises No.20-3-293 to 20-3-297 and towards eastern side of premises No.20-3-293 situated at Baragali Husaini alam Main Road, Hyderabad".

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Muralinarayan Bung submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 31-12-2021 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 stating that the unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6 are making illegal constructions by damaging and breaking the western side wall of his property and requested to take appropriate action on the said illegal constructions. He submits that in spite of the said representation, no action has been taken by the respondent Corporation and hence, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 Mr. Pasham Krishna Reddy submits that the respondent Corporation will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31-12-2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31-12-2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due notice to the unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6. As this Court has directed the respondent Corporation to issue notice to the unofficial respondents, this Court is not proposing to issue notice to them. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
