HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1204 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and demarcation of his land admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.35/AA of Budamarpally Village, Kangal Mandal, Nalgonda District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the Tahsildar, Kangal Mandal, Nalgonda District, found that the requisite details were not available with him to undertake a survey and he advised the petitioner to make a proper application to the survey authorities so that a survey could be undertaken as sought by the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner has not made an application in the prescribed format to the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Nalgonda District, after receiving the advise. Thereupon, Smt. Jyothi Eswar Gogineni, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that the petitioner would make a proper application in the prescribed format to the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Nalgonda District, along with requisite fee to undertake survey of the subject land.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of permitting the petitioner to do so expeditiously and in the event such an application is made, the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Nalgonda District, shall take necessary action thereon as per norms.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 24th January, 2019 dr
