THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13419 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 and A.4 to A.6 in Crime No.346 of 2015 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigating officer laid charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
