ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue any appropriate writ, order or orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondents in not considering the case of petitioner for post of LDCcum-Computer Operator on the ground that he has not pass the DEE/DEE/LEE or equivalent qualification from any institutions recognized by State/Central Government. Subsequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to treat the PG Diploma in Computer Applications BDPS Ltd as equivalent to that of the DEE/DEE/LEE by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider this case for the post of LDC-cumComputer Operator." Heard Sri D.Linga Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 3.9.2007. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

Since the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 3.9.2007, this Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 3.9.2007, if he is so advised.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
