THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6899 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.248 of 2014 on the file of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna district. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 447 r/w.34 IPC. It is alleged that the A1 purchased the land from the mother of the de facto complainant, which is an assigned land by cheating her and sold the same to the petitioner. The truth or otherwise of the above said allegations can be ascertained during the trial of the case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings against the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J April 29, 2016.
