Heard Mr.Koka Satyanarayana Rao, counsel for petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing the Writ Petition for some time and taking note of the view this Court is proposing to take i.e., the remedy of appeal can be availed against the orders impugned in the Writ Petition, seeks four weeks time from today to file appeal before Industrial Tribunal (Central), and to protect the interest of petitioner in the meantime, prays for stay of any coercive steps. The Writ Petition is disposed of by granting four weeks time from today for filing appeal before the Industrial Tribunal (Central). The respondent is directed not to take coercive steps pursuant to the impugned orders in TS/ HYD/ 64321/ C-IV/ T-3/ 2017-18/ 877 and 878, dated 31.10.2017 for a period of eight weeks from today. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
