Heard learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.25.08.2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.19069 of 2014.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
