Learned counsel for the appellants/ defendant Nos.1 and 2 filed a letter, dated 16.04.2019, making a request to permit the appellants/ defendant Nos.1 and 2 to withdraw the appeal. 4 .

Under these circumstances, permission is accorded and the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
