Having regard to the submissions that this Court vide order dated 06.01.2025 granted interim stay of all further proceedings in calendar case and considering the submissions that it has affected entire case proceedings, the interim stay is modified to the extent that the stay shall be operative against the petitioner herein/accused No.9.

With this clarification, interim order dated 06.01.2025 is modified until further orders.
