THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.6484 of 2012 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revision Petition has become infructuous as the suit, out of which this Revision Petition arises, has since been disposed of and therefore liberty be granted to the petitioner to raise the points raised in appeal filed against the decree in the suit.

Granting liberty as sought, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
