CVNR, J & GSP, J C.R.P.No.3230 of 2015 08.09.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of the order, dated 30.04.2015, in E.P.No.20 of 2015 in Arb.Case No.82 of 2014 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Suryapet.

Dr.J.Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed a letter, dated 07.09.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that as the dispute is settled out of Court, her client has requested her to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 3.

Today, at the hearing, Ms.Neera Mishra, learned counsel representing Dr.J.Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter. 4.

In view of the above facts, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.4324 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
