HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26727 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction of respondents, to demote the petitioner from 2nd class to 1st class despite representation dated 17.07.2017, is questioned in this writ petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

Sri L.Ravi Chander, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 - Hyderabad Public School, places on record the application made by the petitioner to the School, wherein petitioner sought for admission into 2nd standard; as the petitioner was found to be eligible, she was admitted into 2nd standard; and, at this point of time, there is no possibility of petitioner being admitted into 1st standard in view of age restriction and strength of students in 1st standard.

In view of the submissions made by Sri L.Ravi Chander, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 - Hyderabad Public School, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
