2. G.Brahmananda Reddy, S/o. Late G.Narsimha Reddy Petitioners (Accused 2 & 3 in Cr.No.364/2017 of P.S. Alwal) AND The State of Telangana, rep by Public Prosecutor, High Court at Hyderabad. (Through P.S. Alwal) Respondent Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 364 of 2017 on the file of Alwal P.S., Cyberabad District, Ranga Reddy District during the pendency of inquiry and trial. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.Lakshman Goud, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A-2 and A-3 in Crime No. 364 of 2017 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable under section 406, 420, 506 read with section 34 of I.P.C.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent/State.
3. The counsel for the petitioners submit that by virtue of the orders passed by this Court, vide Criminal Petition No. 5097 of 2017, dated 08/08/2017, A1 in the above crime was already granted anticipatory bail and that these petitioners/A-2 and A-3 stand on the same footing as that of A-1 and the same is not refuted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
4. Hence, considering the fact that A-1 was already granted anticipatory bail, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners, who are A-2 and A-3 are directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 364 of 2017 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- [Rs. Ten Thousand only] with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of Station House Officer, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district.
5. Further, on such release, the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 shall abide by the conditions enunciated under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., which are as hereunder: i) The petitioners shall make himself available for interrogation by a Police Officer as and when required ; ii) The petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer ; and

iii) The petitioners shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed."
