HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1990 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 15-03-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.8506 of 2017.

It is stated by learned counsel for respondents that since both parties have compromised the matter, the criminal proceedings in Cr.No.632 of 2016 of Women Police Station, D.D.Hyderabad District pending against the respondents have been quashed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7828 of 2018 by order dated 09-08-2018.

A perusal of copy of order in Crl.P.No.7828 of 2018 filed in connected WP.No.12617 of 2018 goes to show that proceedings in Cr.No.632 of 2016 are quashed. Since the main proceedings have been quashed, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
