This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Docket Order dt.08.03.2013 in I.A.No.10 of 2013 in O.S.No.45 of 2013 passed by the Special Assistant Agent and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam.

Similar revision is filed in C.R.P.No.3166 of 2013 and the same was disposed of by this Court on 21.01.2013. But, the order under challenge in this revision is only docket order. Therefore, this revision petition is covered by the order in CRP No.3166 of 2013. Accordingly, this revision petition is disposed of in terms of CRP No.3166 of 2013. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
