Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and no counter affidavit is filed by the learned Government Pleader. It is the case of the petitioner that the he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.3.05 guntas in Survey No.213/B at Akkannapet Village and Mandal of Siddipet District. He purchased land admeasuring Acs.2.12 guntas in Survey No.213/B and the same was mutated in favour of the petitioner. He also purchased the land of an extent of Acs.0.33 guntas and the same was also mutated in his favour. On 22.07.2017, he applied for Pahani and Form 1-B (ROR) through Meeseva and got pahani and Form 1-B (ROR) measuring Acs.3.07 guntas in Survey No.213/B. But, when he applied for Pahani and Form 1-B (ROR) on 15.12.2017, through Meeseva and got pahani, it was found that only Acs.2.

14 guntas is shown in the Pahani and 1-B (ROR), out of Acs.3.05 guntas and the remaining Acs.0.22 guntas was deleted from Pahani and 1-B (ROR). He approached the respondents 4 and 5 requesting them to restore the land, but they have not received any request letter from the petitioner. When the respondents 4 and 5, without following due process of law and issuing any notice, deleted the land of the petitioner to an extent of Acs.0.22 guntas, out of Acs.3.05 guntas, from Pahani and Form 1-B (RoR), he filed the present writ petition.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an application to the respondents 4 and 5 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such

application being filed, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to verify the records and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 16.02.2018 pln
