The revision is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of a suit for recovery of possession.

2. Heard Mr. G.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The respondents 1 and 2 are the parents of the petitioner. The 3rd respondent is the sister of the petitioner. The suit filed by the petitioner was for recovery of possession as against his own parents and sister. The suit is only of the year 2014. Therefore, this is not a fit case where a direction can be issued in the revision petition.

4. Leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate application for advancing the trial of the suit, this revision is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
