RAJANI M.A.C.M.A. No. 1530 of 2017 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This appeal was referred to Lok Adalat for settlement, vide order dated 06.12.2017, and the same has been settled vide Award dated 10.02.2018 with the consent of both the parties.

In view of the settlement, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 10.02.2018 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
