THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1666 of 2013 ORDER:

It is represented that in view of the interim order dated 15.04.2013 passed by this Court, the respondent/plaintiff was crossexamined on 08.04.2013 without any conditions, and thereafter, P.W.2 was also cross-examined.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the civil revision petition shall stand dismissed.
