This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.813 of 2018 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachakonda District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 31.07.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before the Principal Juvenile Justice Board-cum-II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and P.R.C number is awaited.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
