HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2471 of 2016 ORDER :

This revision is filed by the petitioner/ husband, aggrieved by the order dated 15.09.2016 in Crl.MP.No.124 of 2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar.

Heard both sides at length.

A perusal of the impugned order, by which maintenance is enhanced from Rs.3,000/ - and Rs.2,000/ - to Rs.5,000/ - and Rs.4,000/ - to respondents 1 and 2, respectively from the date of petition, no way requires interference, either to reduce the quantum of maintenance or to set aside the same. In fact, as per the record, the revision petitioner is working as Agricultural Officer, Pargi, and drawing gross salary of Rs.45,425/ -.

Having regard to the above, there are no grounds to interfere with the quantum.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, five months time is granted to the revision petitioner, to pay all the arrears of maintenance in five equal monthly installments from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
