This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners, for grant of bail in an unregistered crime of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

So far, no criminal case is registered against the petitioners. Under these circumstances, the police concerned shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners.
