THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.667 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to direct the Court below to expedite the disposal of H.M.O.P.No.530 of 2013.

The aforesaid O.P., under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, is filed seeking to declare the marriage performed between the petitioner and the respondent on 01.11.2012 as null and void by issuing a decree of nullity.

It is the case of the petitioner that in view of the pendency of aforesaid O.P., she is not able to plan her career. Inasmuch as the O.P. is of the year 2013 and in view of the time frame under Hindu Marriage Act, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the revision petition with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the O.P. as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. Subject to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed. No costs.
