HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 759 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court passed in WP No.29622 of 2015, dated 11.09.2015, wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to complete the enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. Now, the learned counsel for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of final order dated 20.05.2016. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Case.

3. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
