THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1435 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 03.06.2016 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.19349 of 2016 in WP.No.15642 of 2016, wherein and whereby this Court granted interim order directing the respondents 2 to 6 not to interfere with the rights of the petitioners in respect of house site plots allotted by the 7th respondent in Sy.No.215 to 224, situated at Papaiahguda, H/o.Kuntloor Revenue Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for learned Advocate General by referring to para- 4 of the counter affidavit submits that the respondents 1 to 3 (respondents 2, 4, and 5 in the writ petition) have not interfered with the subject property of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submission, recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
