THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1023 of 2020 ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.2 in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner of the property admeasuring 208 square yards in Sy. Nos.95 and 96 of Almasguda village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and in involving in civil disputes as being illegal and arbitrary.
Heard Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Municipalities. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, submits that while the petitioner was undertaking construction of compound wall in the plot No.25, the 2nd respondent received a Dial 100 call, whereupon the officers of the said 2nd respondent police station visited the scene of offence. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home further submitted that thereafter the 2nd respondent authority has received a complaint from the petitioner and upon enquiring into the said complaint, since it revealed the issue complained is civil in nature, the same was informed to the parties. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home further submits that except attending to the dial 100 call, the authorities never interfered with the civil dispute of the parties.
Recording the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf of the 2nd respondent, no further orders are required in the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
