Heard the counsel for petitioner.

Since petitioner's grievance is that Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.81 of 2017 filed in the Court of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, filed against the order dt.01.06.2017 in I.A.No.147 of 2016 in O.S.No.17 of 2016, has not yet been decided, the Registry's objection is over-ruled and the Registry is directed to number CRP.No.349 of 2019.

Since the grievance of petitioner is that the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.81 of 2017 has not been decided by the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, the said Court is directed to decide the said C.M.A. within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing both sides. 4.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition No.349 of 2019 is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs. 5.
