This Writ Petition is filed when the petitioner was prevented from discharging his duties w.e.f 27.09.2002. 3.

This Court, on 12.11.2002, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction to continue the petitioner in service and in view of the said order, the petitioner is being continued in service.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
