THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1051 OF 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 07-11-2012 in I.A.No. 1246 of 2010 in O.S.No. 76 of 2009 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad (for short, 'the trial Court'), whereby the trial Court dismissed the petition filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure for rejection of plaint.

During hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 05-08-2015. When the suit was disposed of, question of rejecting the plaint by the trial Court does not arise. Hence, the petition has become infructuous in view of the disposal of the main suit itself. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
