Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, Smt Poonam was the owner of land to an extent of 275 Square yards in Sy.No.883 of Ameenpur Village, Ameenpur Mandal, Sanga Reddy District. Petitioner entered into an agreement of sale with his vendor. The sale deed is drawn and after paying the stamp duty, when the document was presented before the Sub-Registrar, Sanga Reddy District4th respondent, he refused to receive the same. 3.

In the writ petition paper book, petitioner enclosed the sale deed document and the proof of payment of stamp duty which is marked as Ex.P.2.

In view thereof, without entering into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the document for registration. If the 4th respondent is not accepting the request of petitioner for registration of document, he shall assign reasons in support of the same and communicate the same to the petitioner. The 4th respondent shall take appropriate decision, within four weeks from the date of presentation of the document.
