VRS, J & AKS, J W.P.No.19923 of 2017 HON'BLE MR JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVALI Writ Petition No.19923 of 2017 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioners came up with a challenge to the refusal of the University to grant affiliation for certain courses. Since we were not satisfied with the availability of infrastructure, as projected by the college, no interim orders were granted. Now the time limit for affiliation as well as the admission of students is already over. Therefore, for the academic year, the issues raised in the writ petition remain one of academic importance.

Hence, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the college to raise all issues in the next academic year. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
