THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.1207 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey, demarcation and fixing the boundaries in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.9.12 gts., situated in Survey No.285 of Achampet village and mandal, Nagarkurnool, erstwhile Mahaboobnagar District, in spite of representation dated 15.12.2017. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the proceedings of the Tahsildar, dated 08.02.2018, rejecting the request of the petitioner. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
