District and Sessions Judge, at Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, Telangana State, which arose out of Crime No. 278 of 2016 of Miryalguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, Telangana State. lA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P-C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including appearance of the Petitioner in SC.No. 257 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Vlll Addl. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous' 3.
