Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal under Rule 38 of the A.P. Entertainment Tax Rules, 1938, which deals with appeals before the competent appellate Authority. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal under the said Rule within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
