This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 10.03.2016 passed in E.A.No.12 of 2012(old E.A.No.295 of 2004) in E.P.No.7 of 2012 in O.S.No.25 of 1999 on the file of the IX Additional District Court, West Godavari, at Kovvur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the executing court disposed of E.P.No.7 of 2012 on 30.10.2017. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the office note submitted by the Registry, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
