Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim to be the owners of respective extents of land in respective survey numbers of Vanamalakanaparthy Village and Madikonda Revenue Village, which comes within Kazipet Mandal. The details of land claimed to be owned by the petitioners are furnished in Paragraph No.3 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The grievance of the petitioners is that though they made application for conducting of survey in F-Line mode, through TSTS Limited and the receipt dated 21.10.2019 issued by TSTS Limited in acknowledgement of the application filed to conduct survey, so far, survey is not conducted causing hardship to them. The receipt issued by TSTS Ltd., is filed as Ex.P.1.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-2nd respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioners for conducting of survey and to take appropriate decision as warranted by law and communicate the same to the petitioners, within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
