This transfer C.M.P. is filed by the petitioner-husband seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Guntur and transfer the same to the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District. The learned counsel for the respondent-wife states that the respondent has no objection for transferring the said O.P., from the file of Family Court, Guntur to the file of Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District. In view of the above submission, the transfer C.M.P. is allowed as prayed for. No order as to costs.
