It arises out of the order dated.19-11-2015 passed in I.A.No.782 of 2015 in O.S.No.544 of 2012 on the file of the court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 29-01-2016 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
