Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 5.1.2018, permission has been granted for conducting Dharma Deeksha programme and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
