THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 1163 OF 2019 O R D E R:

Though learned counsel for the petitioners relies on the order, dated 11.07.2017, passed in WPMP No.27970 of 2017 in W.P.No.22710 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to permit the petitioners therein to discharge their duty as Messengers by suspending the operation of the order, dated 23.05.2017, he fairly submits that the said order may not be applicable to the present case and the writ petition is filed only on apprehension.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court as and when cause of action arises.
