Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Writ Petition is being disposed of in the absence of instructions to the learned Government Pleader in spite of granting time on 24.01.2018. It is the case of the petitioner that his grand mother was the owner and possessor of the lands to an extent of Ac.0.53 cents in Survey No.571, Ac.13.38 cents in Survey No.572 and Ac.1.01 cents in Survey No.573, situated at D. Kotakonda village, Aspari Mandal, Kurnool District. The said lands were developed by the father of the petitioner during his life time. Thereafter, the lands were partitioned orally between the petitioner and his brother, but they have not fixed the boundaries. In view of the same, the petitioner submitted an application on 23.12.2017 to the third respondent and when no action was taken by the third respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the application filed by the petitioner on 23.12.2017, the third respondent is directed to consider the said application and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
