Since this revision arises out of an order passed in an interlocutory application and also since the main O.P. itself has now been disposed of on merits, nothing survives in this revision. Hence the Civil Revision Petition is closed. Whatever are the points raised here may be raised by the petitioner in the regular appeal arising out of the order in the O.P. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
