This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance

that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not been disposing of the petitioner's application for building permission filed on 20.10.2015.

Mr.N.Rishi Kumar, learned Counsel representing Mr.N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), stated that as the application stated to have been filed by the petitioner is for permission to construct upto three floors, it is the Circle Office, which has jurisdiction to issue building permission, and that the information received by him from the Circle Office concerned reveals that the petitioner's application is not pending before them.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per his instructions, his client has filed the application in the office of the Commissioner, GHMC.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents assured that the Central Office will verify whether the petitioner has made any application and if such an application is found pending, the same will be disposed of without delay.

The above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC are placed on record. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's application, if the same is found pending, take a decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
