HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.1596, 1608 and 1611 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that they are the occupants and possessors of the government land having permanent structures and dwelling over bits of land since long time and residing by constructing temporary houses and also paying electricity bills, property tax to the concerned authorities regularly.
While so, the Government of Telangana has issued G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment -I) Department, dated 30.12.2014, for regularization of those occupied lands on payment of basic market value on the possession area to the Government in the slab system mentioned in the said G.O. As such, the petitioners submitted applications for issuance of regularized conveyance deeds under the said G.O by paying necessary amount and enclosing required documents. As no action is taken on the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the applications of the
petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
