CRP.No.1589 of 2018 arises out of Order, dated 23.01.2015, rejecting the Memo in EA.No.140 of 2013 in EP.No.44 of 2013 in OS.No.419 of 1991 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. IA.No.1 of 2018 is filed for condonation of delay of 979 days in filing the CRP.

At the hearing, Sri A.P.Suresh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the IA as well as the CRP.
