RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CENTRAL EXCISE APPEAL Nos. 62 and 64 of 2007 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) Since the monetary value of the appeals is less than Rs.15,00,000/-, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn, in the light of the Instruction bearing F.No.390/Misc./163/2010-JC of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, dated 17.12.2015. However, the questions of law are left open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeals shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
