OFFICE NOTE 16.06.2026 KL, J & BRMR, J Vide order dated 10.06.2026, we have disposed of the appeal considering the remission granted to the appellant vide G.O.Ms.No.54, dated 01.06.2026. The same is contrary to the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (Criminal) No.529 of 2021, dated 18.02.2025.

We have to decide the appeal on merits but not on the ground of granting remission to the appellant herein. Therefore, the judgment dated 10.06.2026 is recalled.
